When Do You Set Up?
Rentals are delivered 1 – 3 days prior to your event and picked up 1 – 3 days after your event. If requested, we can deliver and pick up the same day, additional fees may apply.

 

Do I Need A Permit?
In most towns, as long as the tent is 1200 square feet or less, a permit is not needed. If your town requires a permit, we are able to process it for you. An additional fee may apply. You are also able to apply for the permit yourself if you would like.

 

What size tents do you have available?

We have tents available in various sizes to accommodate any size of event. We can provide tents for intimate gatherings, as well as large-scale events with thousands of guests.

 

How long can I rent a tent for?

Our tent rental periods are flexible, depending on your needs. We can provide tents for a day, a week, a month, or even longer.

 

Can you help with the installation and setup of the tent?

Yes, we do not allot clients to set up our tents. We offer installation and setup services for our tents. Our team of experienced professionals will ensure that your tent is properly installed and secure.

 

Do you offer lighting, heating, and air conditioning for the tents?

Yes, we offer a range of accessories to make your event comfortable and enjoyable. We can provide lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems to ensure your guests are comfortable.

 

How far in advance do I need to book a tent rental?

We recommend booking your tent rental as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests as well.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept various payment options including cash, credit cards, and checks. We also offer financing options for longer rental periods.

 

Do you provide delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for our tents. We will deliver your tent to your event location and pick it up once the event is over.

 

What happens if I damage the tent?
